I am Sara Watkins Grandma Donna. In October of 2010 I visited the shelter on Placerville Drive with my own Mom, Betty Sturges. She enjoyed the visit so much and requested that we take a photo of her with Bullet. I have sent the photo to Sara. That really made Mom’s day – she told everyone about ‘Bullet’. She was totally impressed with how clean your shelter is – no odor. I am so happy that Sara’s Great Grandma had that experience to carry over to the ‘other side.’ Mom passed away on March 1, 2011. The memory of her with Bullet remains a favorite in my mind. Thank You Bullet for being such a loving friend. Donna Crim

    LOVE YOU, BULLET & RICKY!!

  3. I came across bullet’s blog on internet- I actually woke my husband up (it’s 0300 hrs!) telling him he had to read the blogs. I come and visit the doggies when I can so I’m familiar with them all, duncan, eddie, bella, JAZZMINE, BAILEY, and most of all Mumbo and gumbo(andy/barney?) Animal Services is not the Animal Control of 25 yrs ago! My view has TOTALLY changed and I now tell anyone who will listen to me. Sarah and blonde girl w/ponytail(?) always welcoming to me spending time with the “babies” and Ofc Perry saved a feral cat from having to die a PAINFUL
